Custom ESP32 3-in-1 Car Wash Vendo PCB Board & Control System

By CraftedTech Engineering

Build a commercial-grade, coin-operated self-service system with this Custom ESP32 3-in-1 Car Wash Vendo PCB Board. Designed specifically to eliminate messy wiring and improve system reliability, this hardware and embedded software solution automates multi-mode car wash stations. Powered by a high-performance ESP32 microcontroller, the custom-designed printed circuit board integrates power regulation, noise isolation, a multi-coin acceptor pulse counter, and heavy-duty output control on a single board. Whether you are assembling commercial washing boxes or launching a DIY automation product, this custom PCB controller handles everything from pulse-credit processing to interlocked relay switching for high-pressure water pumps and chemical valves.

Core Functions & System Features

1. Custom Hardware PCB Design: Fully custom-designed printed circuit board featuring onboard 12V to 5V power regulation, transient voltage protection, and organized terminal blocks for clean, reliable installation.
2. Multi-Coin Pulse Processing: Captures high-speed signal pulses from standard 12V coin/token acceptors using dedicated hardware interrupts and converts them into active wash time.
3. 3-Mode Wash Selection: Seamless user selection across three distinct washing cycles via debounced tactile buttons:
>Mode 1: Soap / Shampoo Dispenser
>Mode 2: High-Pressure Water Rinse
>Mode 3: Liquid Wax / Foam Protection
4. Optically Isolated Output Drivers: Onboard relay drivers with optocoupler isolation and flyback diode protection to shield the ESP32 logic from inductive noise and back-EMF spikes generated by pumps and solenoid valves.
5. Non-Blocking Real-Time Timer Engine: Operates on non-blocking millis() architecture to maintain responsive button reading and coin detection during active countdowns.
6. Built-in Level Shifting & Safeguards: Safely drops 12V coin signals down to 3.3V logic for the ESP32 while ensuring interlocked relay switching (only one wash output can be active at a time
