How to order a fabricated PCB on Shopee
Order a real printed board through a Shopee fabrication listing: send Gerbers in chat, confirm size and layers, then check out. Use the button when you are ready to order.
If you want a fabricated PCB without a factory account, a Shopee print listing is often the fastest path in the Philippines. You send the Gerber zip in chat, the seller quotes the board, and Shopee handles payment and shipping.
CraftedTech Engineering designs the board and gives you the files. We do not print it. This post is the order path we use for a typical 2-layer FR4 run. You can edit every section later in Admin - Blog Post.
What to prepare
Have a Gerber zip ready from KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium, or the package we delivered. Include:
- Top and bottom copper
- Solder mask and silkscreen
- Board outline
- Drill file
Write down the board size in mm, layer count, thickness (usually 1.6 mm), solder mask color, and how many pieces you need. Sellers price from those numbers.
1. Open the Shopee fabrication listing
Use the CraftedTech Shopee link so you land on the fabricated-PCB listing we recommend. Read the variations (size, layers, quantity) and the seller notes before you chat.

2. Chat the seller and send the Gerbers
Tap Chat on the listing. Send the zip and a short spec:
- Board size (L x W mm)
- 2-layer or 4-layer
- Thickness and copper weight
- Mask color (green is cheapest and fastest)
- Quantity
- Surface finish (HASL lead-free unless you need ENIG)
Ask them to confirm the outline and layer mapping before you pay. If a layer is missing, fix the export and send a new zip.
3. Pick the variation and place the order
When they confirm the price, choose the matching variation (or the custom-size option they tell you to pick). Check out on Shopee so the order is tracked.
Pay with the method you already use on Shopee. Do not send Gerbers or payment outside the app if you want Shopee buyer protection.
Lead time is usually several days for fabrication plus local courier time. The seller updates the Shopee order when the boards ship.
4. Inspect the boards
When the package arrives, check outline, hole sizes, mask, and a few nets with a meter before you populate the whole batch.
The order, payment, shipping, and any refund are with the Shopee seller, not with CraftedTech. If you still need schematic or layout work, request a PCB design quotation first, then come back here to print.
