📦 Digital Products (e.g., PDF guides, ZIP files, tutorials)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you experience any issues such as:

  • Incomplete or corrupted files
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Download/access problems

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, including re-sending the file or offering a store credit if needed.

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

If you purchased a physical product from us (e.g., merchandise, printed materials, etc.), we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received
  • You provide proof of purchase

📬 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
📆 After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
