📥 Digital Products (PDFs, ZIPs, Courses, etc.)

  • All digital items are delivered instantly via email or direct download after successful payment.
  • No physical shipping is required.
  • If you do not receive your file or encounter issues downloading it, please contact us at craftedtechengineering@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

If your order includes printed materials, merchandise, or other tangible items:

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the Philippines. For international orders, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use local courier partners (e.g., J&T Express, LBC, JRS, etc.).
Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or may be added manually based on location. Free shipping may apply to select products or promotions.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your physical order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS if available. If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, please contact us.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by the courier or customs (for international orders)

However, we will assist you in communicating with the courier to resolve any issues.
