Dual Motor Driver Module is a compact, high-efficiency motor controller designed to drive two DC motors or one stepper motor with independent speed and direction control. Offering better performance than the L298N, this driver features lower power loss, smaller size, and higher efficiency, making it ideal for Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller-based robotics and automation projects.

Each channel can deliver up to 1.2A continuous current (3A peak), and the module supports PWM speed control, forward/reverse direction, and braking functionality. The TB6612FNG (or DRV8833 variant) operates at logic levels as low as 2.7V, making it perfect for modern low-power microcontrollers.

Motor Driver IC: TB6612FNG or DRV8833 (depending on version)

Motor Channels: Dual H-Bridge – controls 2 DC motors or 1 stepper motor

Operating Voltage:

Motor Voltage: 2V–13.5V (TB6612FNG), up to 10.8V (DRV8833)

Logic Voltage: 2.7V–5.5V

Current Output:

TB6612FNG: 1.2A continuous / 3A peak per channel

DRV8833: 1.5A continuous / 2.4A peak per channel

Control Interface:

IN1/IN2 and IN3/IN4 for motor direction

PWM A/B for speed control

STBY (standby pin) for power-saving mode
