The Matrix Membrane Keypad is a thin, flexible, and highly durable input device designed for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other microcontroller-based systems. Available in 3x4 (12 keys) and 4x4 (16 keys) configurations, this keypad uses a matrix layout that allows you to read multiple key inputs using just a few digital pins—ideal for space-efficient and cost-effective user interfaces.
Each button is clearly labeled and easy to press, with a sealed membrane surface that offers light water and dust resistance, making it suitable for everyday DIY, educational, and prototyping environments. The keypad also includes a flexible ribbon cable with a standard header and a peel-and-stick adhesive backing for effortless mounting on most surfaces.
